I got to say that this is not listed in my favorite food menu, but it was decent. Service was kind enough to recommend some... options for being our first time there. Really cool place. A lot of baseball decor. Read more

I used to come here all the time. However my friends were mistreated by the owner. We were looking forward to coming there to... dine in. I dropped my friends off so they could get us a table while I parked park the car. My friend asked if she could use thebathroom before she was seated. Not trusting her that we were "paying customers", the owner wouldn't let her use the bathroomuntil she paid for something FIRST so she bought a coffee. Her husband gave them 5 bucks. Once we arrived we heard about thehard time they gave her and decided to eat elsewhere instead. When my friend asked for his change back for the coffee the ownerreplied "that 5 was to use the bathroom, you haven't paid for the coffee yet". Even when I reminded her four of us literallydined at Cozy the DAY before she didn't back down or apologize. For a restaurant that claims to love it's customers, I'm reallydisappointed in how this was handled as I have never seen restaurant staff treat anyone like that. Owner comments that this wasa "St. Patrick's Day in Wrigleyville" are false. We drove out of our way to dine here again with our out of town guests and it'sunfortunate that she is so mistrusting of her own customers. Read more

This evening a friend and i ordered pot stickers, crab Rangoon, dumpling noodles and garlic chicken noodles. The staff was fine... on the phone, and told us it would be 45-minutes for delivery (which was fine). The food arrived and there were no sauces, utensils OR napkins in the bag. My friend called and spoke to a manager to tell her we were missing sauces - no duck, no soy, nothing - and he was informed that they generally don?t include sauces ?just in case people don?t want them.? Now call mecrazy, but what someone does with unwanted sauces after you?ve relinquished the food order is none of the restaurant?s business.Furthermore, we weren?t event ASKED if we wanted sauce. They didn?t even give us the chance to turn down their sauces, so theaforementioned comment from them legit makes zero sense. He told her that this was unacceptable, and she offered to deliverthe sauce immediately. After fifteen minutes (we?re about 4 blocks from the restaurant) he called again to check on thesauces. At that point he told her the food was getting cold and she offered to refund the order and then HUNG UP ON HIM. Hecalled right back and they didn?t answer. I asked him about the sauce he told me he was uncertain. So i called. I told thewoman who answered That we had been speaking with them and still hadn?t received our sauces. In the middle of my sentence, shetold me, ?one second,? and rudely put me on hold. Then another woman came on the line. I summarized the issue again, because atthis point i just wanted my food and my sauces (i hadn?t eaten ALL DAY). She explained that it takes 24-48 hours for refundedcharges to appear, but of course, that wasn?t the issue. I didn?t need a refund. I wanted my dinner. Again, I?ve eaten heredozens of times, and i generally love this place. She told me to ?calm down? and said ?she?s not the one that?s mad at me, I?mmad at her...? I said ?of COURSE I?m upset. You gave us dry noodles with nothing to eat them with. Not even Read more

First things first, the place is great. Their decorations are very vintage and I?m sure if they sold the things that have in... there, it?ll cost a lot. The toys are old and a classic, which I love. It?s nice to be reminded of your youth. Secondly, thefood is good. It does its job. The prices are cheap and it comes with a good sized portion. (Try the cucumber salad. It?s agreat appetizer). The broccoli chicken is what I usually get. It?s healthy and fulfilling. The food is consistent. Neverdisappointing. The servers are good and they check up on you often. PLEASE BRING BACK THE STICKY RICE! Thirdly, their deliveryis very fast and efficient. Read more
