Horrible place. The lines were slow. The service is some of the worst I?ve ever had. The food was disgusting. They have a lady... who, I?m guessing, her sole job is to yell your name loudly, rudely and repeatedly once your order is read. Seriously. My orderwas ready, she called Jason, made eye contact with me. I waved and said that it was me and I was coming. She immediately startedcalling ?jasonjasonJASONjasonjasonJASON!jason? until I got to the counter. Then the just shoved my food at me. She did that witheveryone. She also got upset because I pointed out I was missing half my order. Tried making it my fault that she didnt give itto me. The food looked good. Except the chips. Which are burned. When I said something she said that is how they are and if Iwanted a refund I could get back in the long line. It all was nasty. Tasted old. The corn tortillas were not heated. Juststraight from the pack so they fell apart. Airport food is a hit and a miss sometimes. This place is by far the worse. The service here is with a grumpy, irritated, bad attitude. All the young girls talked about during ordering was when their... shift was ending. The people at bar looked happy with their drinks and chips. $14.00+ for a NON chipotle flavored burrito thatis not good is outrageous. Dried chicken, floppy tortillas that falls apart, dried rice, beans were good. The first young ladybig negative mood and does not know how to roll a burrito. She rolled her eyes better than she did the burrito. Professionaleye roller should learn to roll a burrito with the same intent and purpose she perfects her eye roll. The second lady didhorrible as well. These lack luster professionals need burrito rolling training class. I was so hungry from a long flight fromSan Jose, I ate what I could and dumped the rest. I am a sucker for Mexican and a hungry hippo. The positions were big! I got a chicken burrito and I got my husband a... quesadilla. When I tell you, I have never cried over food, I literally wept after I ate this burrito. I'm upset I live so faraway from this place. I will fly midway over O'Hare just to come here. Fast service, no line, and yummy burrito! I got the Pibil with Pineapple burrito. I really liked the veggies, meat cheese, and... tortilla! Meat was super yummy and warm! Close to no spice. One and only downside for me; I paid $13.37 for this burrito and atiny bag of chips. But now I'm full and happy! Read more
It's bad enough they ran out of ingredients, but the rude service was too much. The taste of what they did have was not enough... overlook the poor service. It's best to research the food vendors at this airport before standing in the long lines. Read more
