Terrible experience, immediately was given attitude when I said I was waiting on one person. After being seated, took over 10min... for someone to bring menus (was not busy) & was not asked if anything could be brought in the mean time. Waitress had attitudewhen we asked general questions. Was not checked on to ask if we needed anything through out meal. Felt extremely uncomfortableeating here. With the high prices we are paying as a customer you would expect respect and decent customer service. Read more
not worth it at ALL. my friend is diabetic and got there before me; she needed sugar and the staff completely ignored her. their... food is basic and WAY overpriced, the staff have no customer service skills. $100 for 2 people to eat very simple dinners(chillaquiles and a burger) with agua frescas is outrageous. This was one of my favorite places after today experience I can't say ill come back.. They serve cold crepes!! I was looking... forward my delicious warm food. It was so disappointing . I ask my server Lili to replace my crepes after I had taken one bit. Iwas told they can't because manager did not approved but I can buy more and they probably where going to be as cold she saidbecause of the cold fruit on top. (Like I never had them before????) The prices are super high the least they can do is servewarm food. Total Disappointment!! Read more
We went there because Yelp mentioned they served pancakes all day but they don't really. The wait staff was patient and the menu... was interesting. My partner enjoyed her Hawaiian buger but my $18 steak sandwich was super salty and did not have much meat onit. This place would have to be a pass for me. Read more
This location is smaller than the location that is on 18th and Damen. I believe that this location was better than the other... one. I was more welcomed here and it wasn't busy at all. I love how they took care of me right away with a waiting time of 1minute that was pretty fast. At the other location there was some insidence with the waiter that I didn't experience that atthis location! I will definitely come back soon to try other foods! Read more
Food was pretty good, the prices are a little high but your are getting what you pay.
Great service, however the portions are smaller. I have order the chilaquiles Cordoveza and have always been served with rice... and salad. Now they serve it on a smaller plate and it doesn’t come with salad. I understand prices are going up but Iexpected the same amount of food for a higher price. I don’t think I’m going to be coming back. Read more
