Talk about great customer service and food! We were strolling around the streets of Chicago and decided to drop in for... dinner. There was a short wait, but nothing of any concern. We finally were seated along the outdoor opened windows. Each ofus ordered a different entry and we were not disappointed. The ahi sushi salad was delicious! Not too much dressing, just enoughto provide some flavor. We had a small issue with the entree, but great service and response from their GM to resolve. Veryappreciative and customer first focus! We do plan to come back on our next trip to Chicago and would recommend to everyone. Weeach tried a different entree and were not dial Read more

This wonderful place served us the most amazing starter: Our 'Famous' Candied Bacon. It was so good, we even ate pieces of it... off the floor after a failed IG attempt. I had the Backyard Burger. The shredded cheese that it came with was thicker than thepatty itself! It was a life changing burger, juicy and warm, salty and sweet - accompanied by the best seasoned fries. If Iever return to Chicago, this will be the place I go. Read more

Elevated American cuisine with refined ambience and service. Menu features many American classics alongside various appetizers... and desserts. Service was quick and waiters respond professionally to requests. Dined here multiple times ordering differentmeals each time and have always been satisfied. Pricing is typical for food quality and location. Read more

From the food to the service to the seating and location, this restaurant offers a great experience. The guac with sweet potato... chips were so flavorful, as were the quinoa kitchen salad and house salad. The restaurant gets super busy so it’s best toreserve in advance to avoid the wait. Read more

The food was delicious! I got the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. I loved the sauce it had. My husband got chicken fried... chicken and it was huge! I would come back when visiting Chicago, IL. Read more

My family and I went yesterday for the first time. The guacamole and fresh chips were good (we got regular tortilla chips... instead of sweet potato. The chips were warm/fresh), the drink (“Crazy Beautiful”) was excellent. The staff was very nice. However, I was enjoying my turkey burger until my bun fell off and I found a lady bug melted into my cheese (yes, I havepictures). When the manager came to the table (she was very personable), she did confirm it was a lady bug and was veryapologetic. According to the manager, the cook said it could have come from the avocados, but could not confirm. I was verycontent with how the situation was handled, but will not be returning. The sight of a deceased lady bug lodged into the food Iwas consuming, does not make this restaurant desirable anymore. If it were not for the lady bug, I would have given Doc B’s asolid 4 stars. Went for dinner and ordered the grilled chicken kebab. The portion was generous (I'd say almost enough for two) but the taste... was not what I call great. The food was also too salty. The service was good but overall I don't think this joint deserves itscurrent rating of 4.6 Read more

Nice spot to grab a great tasting burger. All the servers were attentive and friendly. Tried the homage burger and substitutes... fries for cucumber salad (really refreshing, better than getting fries that’ll bloat you for the night). Burger was veryflavorful. Glad we tried this place out! Read more
