What a horrible Domino?s. Ownership should be ashamed of this store. Echoing what a lot of the other negative reviews have said.... I placed an order here, and it was in quality check for 35 minutes. I finally called the store and the guy told me they weren?ttaking order for delivery. I had already placed my order. He said it was out for delivery. 10 minutes later my tracker said myorder was in the oven. I called the support link to be connected to a manager. Someone picked up and immediately put me on holdfor another 10 minutes. I hung up and called back to finally just cancel my order. What a terrible store. Will definitely notorder from this location again. Edit: Contacted by the owner in the response below. I spoke with the ownership team shortlyafter my original review. I actually really like Domino's in general, and unfortunately, this is the location that delivers tome. I will never order from this location again. I love your Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and went to your store yesterday to buy one. The man was ALONE he was so polite and so... fast in fact that is the best experience I have had in that store in all the years of I have gone there. He kept his cool. 1 Star is being very, very generous. Absolutely terrible service at this dump. I tried 3 *3* times - that's 3 - to order... pizzas for our employees and each time we were hung up on. Those 3 times lost them 15 local customers ( we work in FultonMarket). We went elsewhere for our order.15 pizzas. *15* This Domino's has ghetto service. Super Ghetto. Lazy people. Lazy.This is why a business loses clients. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a pizza place. We laughed it off because this is this typeof service one expects in the ghetto from people in the ghetto. I was charged 3 times which means I paid $50.88 for one large veggie pizza. I wasn?t asked what ingredients I need on pizza,... when I confirm and showed them I was charged 3 times on my banking transactions history they told me they will refund but onlyrefund one. I again asked since they refund one out of 3 they should do one more because I paid 3 times. The cashier man didn?teven finished my order and left. I waited 1 hour. They argued with me refusing to give my order for the pizza I paid one top ofrecharging me more! especially the manager was screaming on top of her lung and didn?t have manners I was very polite and alsotipped them but their customer service was priceless!
