We were about 25 minutes away and decided to call in our pizza order in hopes it would be ready or almost ready when we... arrive. I called this Domino?s on 4323 S Ashland in Chicago to order a takeout pizza the young lady (that answered the phonespoke Spanish looks to me like a restaurant would have English and Spanish speaking customer service representatives ( I reallybelieve she spoke in Spanish on purpose, when we arrived it was the same voice) The manager apologized and told me her nameJennie she would be ashamed representing a bilingual establishment one sided. At the time I'd call they didn't have delivery so I have to pick up my order, this was my first time I order Domino's pizza and... they have phone number, but my son name, that was weird because they didn't ask for my information. Read more
The service here is always lighting quick and the food tastes really good. I live in the area and always find myself ordering... from this location the most. I?ve never had a bad experience from them and look forward to coming back again. I am in LOVE withthe molten lava cakes and hope they keep selling them! I highly recommend this spot without a doubt. Just a Domino?s like any other, if you crave consistency you?ll find it here. The place looked busy and clean on the Friday... evening I was here. I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta dish and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. They were both about as good ascan be expected. I got everything that I ordered and was satisfied. I really like this place, but sometimes they make the food really bad. According to them this is a breadbowl.
I placed an order for carryout 3-28-20. When I got there, employee had trouble finding my order. Seemed a bit chaotic in... there. One of the employees which seemed likw a manager was Shouting out that it would be over 1-2 hours. When I finallyreceived my order my pizzas were not correct. I had a half pepperoni/half roasted pepper banana peppers extra cheese. I had nopepperoni on one and it was half roasted pepper half banana pepper instead And it didn't seem to have the extra cheese itusually does when i ask for it. I had to settle for the incorrect order because when i realized i was driving away and i triedcalling but no response. I don't know if i want to go back. Read more
I ordered a ultimate pepperoni pan pizza cause I like the way the crust tastes and never really had a problem when ordering but... I got my food and it had so much sauce that the dough didn't even cook and it was like eating mush so I just ate the pepperonioff of it. I'm a truck driver so I had it delivered so it wasn't like I could just turn around and pull into the parking lot tohave them fix it. For the price I would like to be able to eat the whole thing.
