I made a phone order and the guy hung up on me I didn't understand what he was saying so I asked him to slow down and repeat... itself he merely hung up because he was upset with me not understanding him I called back a young lady answered the phone toldme to hold on please I held on for about 5 to 10 minutes they never came back to the phone, need to fire them because they'relosing money for them. Ordered at 9pm and was able to pick up my pizza within 20 minutes. Ulysses was helpful in taking my order correctly and helping... me choose the optimal dipping sauce for my pizza order. Needless to say, it was an amazing combo. Read more
The tracker was on prep for over an hour and so when I called just to check in and see if they sent out the order, the man on... the phone did not even know about my order- did not explain anything to me, and just suddenly put me on hold. I was on hold forTEN minutes until It hung up on me. He didn't even give me a chance to cancel the order. The tracker then updated to qualitycheck 1 hour 20 mins after i ordered. I won't receive the food until close to 2 hours after i ordered. Absolutely ridiculous andunprofessional. I sent an email to you Trish already about this. Read more
