Ordered my pizza. A male employee from this dominos called me and told me that he would not be able to come upstairs because the... location doesn?t allow delivery drivers to come upstairs.. okay no problem. when the man arrived I said thank you he handed memy pizza and did not respond gave me a nasty look and walked off. Rudest delivery driver I?ve met. I?m definitely not orderingagain from here as long as he works there. Such a bad experience. Especially while trying to order pizza. Read more

When I finally received my food it was cold?. after having to get it redelivered because the driver didn?t want to get out of... his car orignially so he returned my food to the store, gave me attitude when I informed him I?m unable to walk so he HAS tobring it to the door and hung up on me. I had enough points to redeem a free pizza all I did was add extra cheese to it. I was very dissatisfied with the pizza itself... there was hardly any sauce and they're definitely wasn't any extra cheese but hey it's free right ????. Anyhow when I went topick it up I had to wait at least 6 to 7 minutes to watch two employees have a conversation before they even acknowledge me onlyto have the young lady get to the counter and pick up the phone and tell the person sorry for the wait and wait another 5minutes before being acknowledged again to be handed a cold dry Pizza with the attitude. Ordered food for delivery at 9:35pm, and over 2hrs later at 11:45pm, still no food. No call from store, no communication. I... called the store myself at 11:50pm and was told they only have 1 driver, and I would need to come pick up. Why was this not toldto me 2hrs ago?!?!? I used to get pizzas from this location because I'd like to support the local shop, but quality is always hit or miss. The last... time, it took the an hour to deliver the pizzas, so of course they were cold when they got here. Paid for extra toppings andthey were lighter than usual. On top of that, a day or so later they adjusted my charge and charged me another $24! Tookpictures of the receipt and screenshot the order history to put in a complaint on the corporate site, asking for a refund. Theygave me a case number and assured me they were working on it. A few weeks later I followed up with the case number. Now a monthlater, my bank gave me the $24 overcharge because they never responded to the BANK'S investigation. Still nothing from Domino's. I've ordered 5 times and order is never right 1 time forgot the soda. 2 time sent thick not thin given a credit. 3 forgot the... soda was told 4 went to wrong house 5 didn't send salad Took 4 phone calls and we didn't put it on the bill but you did order itI forgot to put it down Trying to support local businesses I guess I'm going to have to go out of the area from here on Neverreceive a receipt playing much playing Business Too to much playing not enough business going on at the store from here on in ifyou call your order in get the person's name because everybody has selected black amnesia! I?m giving it two stars because at least the employees were trying their best especially as most of them were new employees. The... tight waiting area, lack of clear communication on the actual wait time for food and other customer service oriented issuescannot be overlooked. Read more

I?m so glad to finally have a Domino?s Pizza nearby. I?m even more glad that they provide excellent service. I ordered pizza and... stuffed cheesy bread. Both were delivered hot and delicious. Unfortunately, they forgot to bring the dipping sauce that Irequested. I called and spoke to a manager who was eager to make things right. He offered to bring it to me but I declined. Thenext day I stopped by the store on my way home and the manager on duty was so professional and accommodating. She gave me extrasauce and offered free breadsticks to go with it. I appreciate great service. I will definitely be ordering again. Read more
