I have been going here for 11 years. Over the years staff has come and gone but they are usually very nice. I wish they would... change the morning cashier. Very slow service...2 people behind the counter and only one person was helping customers and preparing drinks. They need to... learn better customer service. No reason the other worker couldn't have stopped prepping other things and helped a customer tokeep the service flowing! 2nd time I experienced that kind of customer service at this location, and I happen to be be visitingChicago.
