This place has gotten bad in the past year. The food is what it's supposed to be but the drinks are never right. Switched to... mobile orders just in case I couldn't be heard over my mask, but even those are wrong. Read more
Nasty ????, this morning I bought a croissant and look what I found inside.
2am visit and no hot items available so while we were disappointed because then what's the point for being open late... Tashun... was very friendly and welcoming, offered to warm up a muffin, made our coffee order and greeted us at the window. This place is far from the same. The staff is so unfriendly. Some of the woman are nice, but the guys are so cold, and rude... through the Drive thru. They never ever say hello, or even a thank you. They give you this dirty look, like they don't want tobe there. This particular Dunkin Donuts has the worst Customer Service than any other establishment in the city of Chicago, orsuburbs. I stopped going. I'm a regular every day customer that belongs to their reward programs. This kind of Customer Service,and their high prices, it's not worth this kind of behavior. Read more
Recently this place has gone downhill. New employees are terrible. Every 3/5 visits something is wrong. The quality of food is... abysmal. Had to write a review after my final straw. Burnt, soggy, and and raw at the same time. Drinks have absolutely zeroflavor. Such a shame. Avoid if possible. Read more
I find their service inside is better than their drive thru, especially in the mornings. Practically no wait for order compared... to the long line outside. Still staff is nice, helpful and on some days, great to chat with. When ordering coffee and you can'tdecide on what to get, they are good with making suggestions. Read more
