One of the best Dunkin I?ve been too!
Save your money and go to a different Dunkin. This one is definitely not worth it. Ordered a hot caramel latte and received a... hot coffee with caramel. All while they charged it as a latte. With all the bad reviews this one has I can?t believe it hasn?tclosed. Read more
A first time to everything. If you value your time and care about customer service, steer clear from this place. They do not... know the difference between dark roast and original coffee or deliberately just gave me the incorrect order with out care toaccuracy. I go to Dunkin everyday ! This is the closest with a drive thru to me and every time I come it?s a disappointment! Coffee is... never done right, donuts are hard. Customer service sucks! Read more
On day 3 of food poisoning from this establishment. I usually never go here because the order is never right and the bagels and... donuts are always stale as hell, and my husband one time ordered milk and it was so spoiled it had chunks in it, but went due toconvenience and simply egg bites/hash browns. I will never go to this location ever again, I?ve never felt this sick from foodin my life. This location is so unbelievably mismanaged. Read more
Love Dunkin? but this is by far the worst location I?ve been to. Always something wrong with my order, staff don?t wear masks... while making the drinks/food. Consistently out of items or flavors, issues with ordering by phone & picking up. Randomly being?closed? on a non-holiday & being told they were closed over the drive thru intercom (because someone was inside) while all thelights/signs were still on. I feel bad for the employees working here because it seems like they?re stretched too thin but atthe same time paying money for improperly made products is super disappointing. Staff is super nice. Most staff speak English and Spanish both, so that?s helpful to everybody. I come in all the time and the... manager gave me an extra donut once. The whole place is always really clean, too. Read more
