First of all I went bc I was craving a donut, this place deserves 0 starts tbh!! I went in the guy was just talking with his... partner just laughing made me wait 10 minutes ordered a dozen donuts threw my box of donuts on the counter as if it was garbagelike I payed for that and the change just tossed it and kept talking and laughing with his partner never coming back again . Horrible customer service first time and last time I come here I literally ordered 1 L iced latte 1L iced mocha coffee . And 4... chocolate donuts . They gave me a medium and a large latte (iced) I didn?t felt the need to keep asking for my order because itfelt like they where ready to fight all 4 of them idk who?s in charge but they definitely need to work on training properly. My favorite Dunkin in the city. They are super friendly & efficient. By that, I mean almost everyone on the team. There is one... girl that works here who tends to get my order wrong, even when it's a mobile order. Other than her, everyone else is great! This place was good before. I work near by I always got my coffee there and always was perfect! Under new management it's just... terrible wait in line for over 20 mins. And to not get your coffee not right is just a waste of time and money. Just for thecoffee I get is nearly 5 dollars which I don't mind it's to kick start my day. We also get big orders for our staff on Fridaysbut from now on we won't not at that location. I would rather drive and get my coffee right. Owner management need to do a 360and get it right. I've been to other places where turbo shots or not almost $1.25 if you are going to charge more I expect morefrom the staff. Only one or two girls know what they are doing.
