Many people don't take time out to write a good review but they only bring to the attention of the public their bad experiences.... Therefore, I am trying to change that, since I do have many negative posts because I think that benefits us as well but I haveto balance it out so people don't think I'm some kind of Debbie downer. This particular Dunkin donuts is amazing the young girlbehind the counter tonight not only greeted me with a smile but even before she saw me I heard her being very kind to thecustomer that she was serving When I walked in. Somehow this coffee is the best coffee I've ever had. I ordered a dark roastor a Guatemala with oatmilk and I sat in my car writing this review and cheered up. The sandwich I ordered was a turkey sausage w/egg & cheese was banging. Really good...made fresh on the spot. I bit n2 da... sandwich and the juice from the sausage squirt all over my clothes...it was ALL THE WAY GOOD. Read more

First off the employee or maybe even the owner never acknowledged we were at the counter until he was done putting in orders... from a tablet. Second, he didnt know what kind of jelly was in the jelly donut. He just said jelly. Third, we didnt get ourdrink order until after the 2 customers behind us got their drinks. Lastly, I dont like seeing an employees pants sagging andshowing their underware while we are waiting. It was also pretty dirty in there. The floor could have been swept up andmopped. Read more
