I usually just get hot coffee. But today I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Yes, it was good and you can taste the... flavor in the bacon. And it was so good and affordable. They walked in with me and then told me to leave that they were closed. Lock the doors if you are closed also don?t say your 24... hours if your not. Lying to customers is not good. Also the manager there is not a nice human being told my 3 year old she couldnot use the restroom after they had used it before. It?s a public restroom I would understand if it was employee only. Manageris also very rude do not go here go to the Starbucks down the road if you want to be treated with decency! Zero stars but wasnot able to. Read more
If I can give no star at all! Horrible coffee experience! The manager was rude and lacks customer service skills he was... literally yelling at the his staff member in front of me while waiting for my coffee. Very slow service plus coffee really looksand tastes sooo bad!! Not worth $5 bucks for 2 coffee better go to other DD I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!Poor coffeequality and experience! Read more
Very Inconsistent. Probably the worst one in the city. I live a few blocks always and I love dunkin and would usually pick them... over Starbucks any day but this one is not it. Maybe 1 out of every 10 times you go you will get something that taste good butthe rest of the 9 times its bad. The "hot" food is NEVER hot. I always end up going home and having to heat my food up. Theblack pepper bacon is typically just plain, no seasoning and the coffee is the worst. Never actually a good flavor. I have noidea what's going on with this dunkin but it really is bad. Read more
