Ordered an iced caramel latte and this is what I got. Where is the coffee?! It is literally just flavored milk. Waste of $6
Ordered GrubHub for a gift from this location. The package did not come with the complete order. GrubHub attempted to call... Dunkin back and nobody answered the phone. So then I tried to call and nobody answered the phone. I'm disappointed that theorder was not complete from Dunkin and that there's no communication and that they don't answer their own telephone. I am verythankful that this is not my normal Dunkin location. Read more
Find another Dunkin donuts. Staff is upset when you ask for some Stevia packets or less ice in your drink.

They don't deserve any stars. I went to this place because its close to the Federal building and my wife was going for her... citizenship test. Walked in and there was one employee in front doing something. I waited for her to acknowledge me- say helloor respond when I called out hello- nothing just ignored me so I left. Absolutely disrespectful and horrible trained staff. I went in for a sandwich 20 min before work and was told it would be ready... in 5. After 15 min i asked where my sandwich was and was told to "shut up and be patient!" I left immediately without evenwaiting for the food. So they took my money, insulted me, and i didn't get any food either! I will never be returning to thishorid excuse of an establishment!! Read more
One of the better ones I've been to. Their coffee is especially good even in comparison to some other DDs I've been to, and... they've never screwed up an order on the occasion when I've got baked goods. Really close to work as well. Read more
