All 3 of the workers were incredibly disrespectful. They repeatedly made inappropriate comments about other customers... appearance. They also were out of stock of most items. Do not waste your time going here, the only thing you'll get is waterycoffee and a soured mood. Read more
Every time I order here, even mobile order, it takes 20 mins AT LEAST. It?s because they only ever have like 1-2 ppl max... working. My breakfast sandwiches are ALWAYS burnt and hard. Why would I ask for a remake, so I can wait another 15 mins forthat? I watched the employee call someone while making my drink because they didn?t know how to make it. I placed a mobile ordertoday and I waited 46 minutes for it. I?m not exaggerating. The management needs to do something about this because one personworking at a Dunkin in downtown Chicago is NOT it. I wasted nearly my entire lunch hour waiting for my lunch. I don?t believethese employees are being properly trained or given the chance to learn! There?s a Starbucks right around the corner from thisDunkin and it?s taken my business way more than Dunkin just for the difference in efficiency alone. My mom and I came here at almost closing time on a Sunday and the doors were locked. My mom and I walked away and then heard a... voice saying ?come on in.?
