Every time I order here, even mobile order, it takes 20 mins AT LEAST. It?s because they only ever have like 1-2 ppl max... working. My breakfast sandwiches are ALWAYS burnt and hard. Why would I ask for a remake, so I can wait another 15 mins forthat? I watched the employee call someone while making my drink because they didn?t know how to make it. I placed a mobile ordertoday and I waited 46 minutes for it. I?m not exaggerating. The management needs to do something about this because one personworking at a Dunkin in downtown Chicago is NOT it. I wasted nearly my entire lunch hour waiting for my lunch. I don?t believethese employees are being properly trained or given the chance to learn! There?s a Starbucks right around the corner from thisDunkin and it?s taken my business way more than Dunkin just for the difference in efficiency alone. My mom and I came here at almost closing time on a Sunday and the doors were locked. My mom and I walked away and then heard a... voice saying ?come on in.? Waited 20 minutes for 2 dozen donuts. Didn't even care about my wait. I asked if I could have my 2 dozen donuts after plenty of... people who came after me received their orders. They didn't even respond or acknowledge me. They are running around, and I feelbad since I know what it's like to work fast food, but this was inexcusable and poor customer service. They need to spend moretime on training this location and retaining quality workers. Read more
One is cleaning her station. While me coffee is sitting there because the woman that was doing it stop to go talk to her boss... about her schedule. Amazing job. That boss deserve a raise. The only one working is the young man taking the orders. Read more
