Ok, I live in the neighborhood. I?m also a flight attendant. This tiny gem of a DuDo?s is great. The donuts are delivered and... made offsite. They get an A.M. delivery only so not sure why everyone is complying. You get there early, get them fresh, and offyou go. This is IN the orange line train station. So the hustle and bustle is heavy at times. The line moves quick because thestaff is AWESOME! They memorize the usual customers orders! They are worth the trip. End of day, ya the donuts are almost a dayold but still, come early. The staff is the best. Love them! Order ahead on the app. Read more
Ice coffee was good until I found a bug in my drink...........
This Dunkin is the worst, I work for the city of Chicago and we help out midway airport. I purchased an coffee and kindly asked... the lady for a cup of water and she said she would have to charge me for it with an nasty attitude. Just terrible customerservice all around. Beware Read more
Every time I go it?s a different experience. Mostly a negative one. They have way too many people in the back that seem to stand... around like they have no idea what?s going on. When it gets busy the customers that ordered first get jammed out the door so newcustomers can order, and they seem to have trouble keeping up with what was ordered first. I?ve waited 10 mins at times for acoffee and 2 wraps and I was the first person to order.. whenever you ask for extra sugar they never seem to put it in, and theyjust assume they can keep your change when you?re done. I waited for my change back one day and was told, oh I?m sorry I thoughtyou gave me the exact amount. Until they can clean up their customer service I will take my business to another location. Completely understaffed and not working the espresso machine because there is only one employee working. We have been trying to... get home for 24 hours due to flight delays snd missed connections and just wanted a decent cup of coffee. So I love cold brew ..... and they NEVER have it. BUT on top of that I found flimsy plastic wrapping inside my espresso today.... Makes me not want to drink my matcha latte. The cashier was nice and friendly... the barista looked young. Im being generous,hopefully he learns. Read more
My experience was terrible. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and one lady who's name is jacalyne v got mad. She gave me a... dirty look and went back to make me my grilled sandwich. I said I wanted it to have ham and bacon and only got bacon. Also, mydrink was very sugary and had lots of syrup. So I went to get my drink remade and it still tasted awful. I just left. So today is Veteran's Day. I am retired Navy AND a disabled veteran. Dunkin Donuts nationwide are offering ONE donut to... veterans as a "thank you for your service"...I decided to stop in and get a donut. I showed the cashier my military ID andinquired about whether this Dunkin location participated in the free donut for veterans today...the cashier didnt know what Iwas talking about so she asked the night shift lead/manager (man with long ponytail) and he said "no we don't do that now stepaside"...I asked him "why do I have to step aside?" to which he responded "because you are not ordering or paying for anything"to which I responded "I actually was about to, I just asked about the Veteran's Day donut first. He told me "you were trying toget free stuff and he would call the police"...so I am totally confused now and ask to speak with a manager!!! He refused andsaid the owner is named Ali and now I need to leave before he calls the police...I told him he can Google the info about Dunkingiving donuts to veterans but now I don't even want anything from this location...then just left after that! I will NEVERsupport this location...I found another Dunkin Donut and got a donut with NO problem at all! Read more
