I usually have a good experience with this Dunkin but not this time. My friend received the wrong donut and I was not given the... type of sandwich I ordered. I waited there for five minutes before anyone asked me to order (for some reason they thought I wasjust waiting in front for no reason). Also unusually long waiting time. Usually I like this Dunkin. Is it do hard to hit the "Decalf" when ordering? I always my coffee with a sticker..(if I a sticker on the cup!), I always get a... sticker that reads... orig...(for original blend...not decalf!)...I have a heart problem....cannot drink regular coffee....butthat should not matter...I order decalf....how do I kmow if the person filling the coffee is the who took my order. I have hadto return the coffee's because they were not decalf! Honestelly ..... can people please pay attention to there job!!! This usedto be good dunkin...... now ...not sure! Employees tend talk to each more than working... no pride in there work!...I am sodisappointed with dinkkn! I ussually do not complain, but lately these people just are not paying attention and I am gettingfed up! they filled almost the whole cup (Large) with ice and barely had any strawberry lemonade in there, i finished the drink less... than 5 minutes and i was planning onto going back their for a refill cause of the ice and they didn’t give me a receipt, theycharged me 5.19 when the actual price is 4:19 with tax on the app and if they didn’t refill my drink i was gonna talk to themanger but i prefer not wasting my time on this place. Ordered ahead. Wentbinside and they had not even pulled any orders from the machine. I had to tell the manager which one was... mine. He slowly made my coffee. As I was leaving I stopped at the counter near the door for a napkin. It was filthy. Driedcoffee stains from at least a day ago. ( This was at 6 am) The coffee tasted watered down. Bagels were barely toasted cream cheese was put on sloppy and they tasted like a dirty oven. Now for the paper cups. The paper... cups suck. They are too hot to hold and they don't sit in the cup holders they provide. Today it fell out of the cup holder asI got out of my car and last week the lid fell off in my car. Read more
We went and bought a Caramel Craze 7 minutes ago and this is what we got. RIP OFF THE LAST FEW MONTHS THE SERVICE ANF COFFEE IS... HORRIBLE!!!!
