Dunkin? is not making cold brew as they advertise. It?s not cold brew. Cold brew was ordered today with no ice ($1 up charge for... that) and they handed me a HOT coffee in a cold drink cup?. It?s in the name COLD BREW which means it should never be hot at anystage! They are serving regular coffee with ice aka iced coffee as cold brew! Read more

I ordered through the drive thru and I ordered 3 sausage wraps and a coffee. When I get to work, I have a bagel and cream... cheese and they charged $9.00. Tried to call several times and no answer. Public, check your bag. Dunking Donuts- stoprushing!! I changed my stars from a 1 to a 5 because I went in today and they gave me three sausage egg and cheese wraps with noproblem! I am absolutely disgusted. I came by this location for a drink & the night worker was in the lobby with his shoes & socks off... with his feet on the table while he was on his phone. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! Not to mention this worker has been VERY RUDE &UNPROFESSIONAL to me on multiple occasions. When I come by in the mornings I will call one of the ladies to the window to takemy money. Please understand that this establishment is under new management. I come here daily and have no issues 99% of the time and get an extra couple of munchkins for the kids every once in awhile ????
Just had the best customer service experience. I usually order off of Uber eats. When my order was delivered it was literally... someone else's order (by the name on the receipt). I then contacted the store itself because Uber support takes so long to reachout. The manager Victoria literally went out of her way to fix the issue. Not only did she remake my order but she personallydelivered it with an nice apology of donuts!! I was literally furious I spent money on an oder that was completely wrong and sheliterally changed my whole mood for the better. I'm a driver I went in for a coffee and donut. I asked to use the rest room to wash my hands and the register girl Evelia said... that the bathrooms were out of service to the public. they just don't want to have another responsibility on top of just takingmy order, I'll just eat my food with dirty hands and get sick I quess.
