What a trash Dunkin, if you live in the McKinley park area PLEASE go to another location. Asked to add milk to my drink and... Indian dude at the drive thru said can?t do that cause there?s I have cold foam in it already and told me that i don?tunderstand what he?s saying. So can I not have milk in my coffee even though i already have cold foam?? Huh??? The same Indiandude at the drive thru had the worst attitude and tries to belittle customers like we don?t understand English. Just cause youhate your life and job stop making it worse for others. DO NOT go here. Horrible, terrible service. Out walking my dogs stopped for 2 jelly donuts and got 2 jelly balls. The donuts looked like baby biscuits had more jelly than... dough. Sad that they the size of cookies. Time to make the donuts at home. ???? Read more
This store is in my neighborhood. The service is worse and worse. They charges easy ice for my ice coffee, and give me the one... with whole cups of ice. They charged more for my order last time also. Their employees are Mexican before, service was good,but after they change to Indian guys , service became suck. I won?t go to this store anymore. Never have I received more terrible service than today. I love my coffee and I always come to this Dunkin but never again. They... remade my coffee twice and couldn?t figure it out. If I we?re you I?d never go back to this one. Read more
