Need to improve order accuracy. Multiple times I have gotten my things wrong

The coffee here is ALWAYS made incorrectly! 2 bags of ice coffee grounds, 12 quarts of ice, place under machine and stir 8... times. There?s no way that I just ordered it from Grubhub that the iced coffee taste like it?s sitting in grounds so sour badbitter! I threw it out what a waste of money. A time before that the coffee was watery. I work for Dunkin and will report thislocation too many times that the ice coffee was made so badly. At this point I will no longer shop at this location. Directly tothe trash after one sip, you can even tell by the color 5 creams and it?s still so dark. Read more
