I know this is in an airport but I would still expect the product to be somewhat similar to what you get at other Dunkin... Donuts. Terrible drinks that are mostly just milk and the service is horrible. They're all miserable and it shows. Dunkin,just call it a day and pack it up. Not to be a Karen, but I have to say it is rather disconcerting when 3 employees are all on their cell phones! The one taking... my order was on her phone the entire time. Other customers even commented about it. We decided it must just be a Chicago thing,eh? Strangely permissive management. Read more
I brought my refill mug, the girl says ?we can give you the plastic cup and you can pour the coffee into your refill mug?... ?????????? Cannot support the company that does not offer environmental friendly option and hire staffs that saying this bs! Read more
I had a positive experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and everything was moving along very quickly.
Hi. I was served by server Raven. Sadly i had poor customer service. There was no welcome, just a stare in my face. After... welcoming myself, i ordered. Was told the total amount. And given my items without a thank you. Im not sure i understand howthis attitude is justified. On side note, she knocked a garbage can over while procuring my item. Then grabbed my item with thesame hand. Will be escalating this to management for safety purposes. Read more
These guys are a mess. I am a pretty loyal Dunkin customer even though they all have their issues, but they really set the bar... low here. If anything gets messed up with your order don't expect it to be fixed. Read more
