Lady at window with Cat Ears on seemed to have an attitude. I asked nicely for more cream and sugar in my coffee after tasting... it. She did it for me but didn't Say okay or have a nice day. Too impatient and do not listen to orders. He (Indian guy) just gives you what he wants. Both coffees were not as ordered, I was... given 2 donuts but only asked for one, asked for sugar and they were ALL covered in coffee. They did not give a receipt anddon't have a phone number listed. That's terrible business. I will only be ordering when my favorite attendant is on duty fromnow on. Unfortunately, most DD locations on the Southside have issues providing good customer service. I rarely write reviews but I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worse Dunkin' ever!! Purchased a bagel w/cream cheese paid $4.30.... Tried to eat it and it was hard as a rock. I couldn?t even bite it. Horrible service!!! They added vanilla to my chai latte and refused to remake or refund! Worst Dunkin I?m Chicago. Went through the drive thru, I saved a lot on the rewards and got a senior citizen discount and the cashier was very friendly
