Service is nice. Quality of food and drinks are terrible. I order a medium size coffee and the cup given to me was very thin... like paper thin. All of my coffee spilled and burnt my thighs. I am so angry I was headed to work I missed out on my work hourjust because a bad quality cup. Read more

Ordered a small shake via the drive thru. The menu board says $5.99. I get my receipt which says $6.79. When I asked the staff... about the discrepancy, the answer was ?oh yeah, the manager raised the prices.? When I commented the menu board was inaccuratethey just said ?yeah.? Then my $7 shake (after tax)was a huge glass of milk with less than a scoop of ice cream blended in. AllI could taste was the milk. Read more

The manager there is very rude and disrespectful! she literally yelled at her employees in front of the customers. The service... isn't good at all. Many time they have been out of certain items which doesn't make sense why they would be out so many times.Ever since the last 2 red shirt supervisor left, the store has gone downhill badly. Top of the line employees, trainees should have more time Only my observation but that's what I do, I consult on store... environments haven't meant owner...its managed well, and pretty quick on busy days no drive in and under staffed at times..thecrew early or late afternoon work well together... Yes my friends and I have also been overcharged here several times. Not sure if the franchisee is telling them not to accept the... coupons they send out to customers, but we all just go to the one down the street now before work. Not worth the surchargeovertime. What a shame. Read more

Drinks are great, but be careful at this location. They charged me 1000% (yes, 1000%) more than they should have when I've gone... there. I reached out to customer service and they did not help. Please double check your app after you pay so this doesn'thappen to you. Read more
