Multiple times my sandwiches are still frozen after asking to toast it extra! It?s disgusting! And horrible customer service no... one ever apologizes!! They just look confused like I?m stupid! This DUNKIN is wonderful! I highly recommend this DUNKIN. I?m a regular customer here and they know my order just by looking at... my car! Everyone is so friendly there. The donuts are always so soft and fresh, I was told by a beautiful, long haired, morningemployee, that the donuts are made fresh in the store every morning. I love the modern look of the DUNKIN inside and the tapsare so nice! The 2 twin employees with long hair, are so friendly and respectful. They?re wonderful! I would highly recommendthis DUNKIN. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I asked for 4 pumps of hazelnut in my coffee on 2 separate occasions. Each time I was given 1.... I asked the cashier at the drive thru the second time were there 4 pumps when I received the coffee and saw the tag said 1 pump.He flagged me off saying ?yeah, yeah, yeah?. First and last time coming to this location. Workers are loud and obnoxious. The one with the head cover is just plain... unprofessional. She curses and complains out-loud that she doesn?t want to be there, while customers are present. There?s a10-minute seating rule, and no bathrooms. Rather go to Starbucks where the workers are professional, and customers are able touse the bathroom. Read more

I rarely make bad reviews. I will never go to this location again. I've been meaning to visit this location for a while since I... saw they're a little newer, I finally made it and was very disappointed. I came Monday 5/30/22 at 2:45pm, and the girl workingthe drive-thru had a terrible attitude. I ordered a toasted croissant with a slice of cheese added (my order every day sinceforever), and I see she charged me for an egg and cheese croissant. So I told her "I'm sorry, no egg, just cheese and croissant"She says RUDELY "I heard what you said!" Then proceeded to tell me that this is the only way to do it. Which it's not, like Isaid i order this every day and have never had anyone try to overcharge me. If the girl didn't have such a terrible attitude Iwould have continued with my order, I told her no thank you and went to the location 2 minutes away. I remember when Dunkin Donuts was good (at least at 9 out of 10 locations)... It's been decades. Staff was nice.
