Posting my review from yelp on here bc I want people to come here so this place can survive. We normally go up to Kizuki in... Wicker Park, so having this nearby is so nice. We ordered the Yum Yum Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll, Takoyaki, Spicy Chicken ramen,and the Spicy Tonkatsu. The fish was very fresh, and tasted clean, and the rice was nice and bouncy. It was also superaffordable! That's always nice to have in the city. We would definitely order other rolls again. The takoyaki was veryflavorful. Not many places seem to have good takoyaki in the area. My spouse said they would describe it as "transcendent."Lmao. The ramens were definitely spicy. I meant to order the Tonkatsu Special, but since we were wearing masks, they probablymisheard, which is fine! The ramen was still very flavorful and def gave a kick (speaking from someone who can't really handlespice). The pork belly had a nice sweetness to it that went well with the spicy and savory broth. Spouse got their chickenramen at the spiciest and felt it was a comfortable spice. The chicken was VERY tender especially for chicken breast. The broth is sooo good! I usually do the spicy (hot) broth and chicken with my ramen. The flavor is rich and delicious which... makes you want to eat it all in one sitting. If you get additional noodles and broth, you’ll have more than enough for a fewmeals! Read more
We loved loved loved this place. They had lots of ramen options and we ended up trying both the pork and chicken broths. Both... were delicious. It’s a very casual, small neighborhood place. Service was polite and fast, and we especially appreciated thatstaff wore masks. Read more

A great place for a bowl of ramen and some sushi rolls. Their rice bowls are also flavorful and reasonably priced.
This place was SO good. Always on the hunt for good ramen in the city and this was definitely it. Portions were great, lots of... flavor, and edamame was spot on. Only slight variation is I got the spicy tonkatsu and I wish I would’ve gotten the hotbecause it was really spicy. Still delish and will be back! Read more
The folks at E Ramen were kind and friendly even after we switched tables, broke a water glass, and stayed for two hours after... we finished our meal. The ramen bowls and maki were super fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable. I will definitely beback! I'm happy to recommend E Ramen. (Also, parking is free on 31st.) Read more
