The place was only half full when we arrived. It was a Sunday morning. No one waiting outside but we were told it would be 10-15... minutes until we would be seated. We were all wondering why we had to wait 15 minutes when there were empty tables all around.Just to create some sort of a queue at the shop-front? Shouldn’t treat your patrons this way. Otherwise, a decent place for agood meal. Read more

Very nice menu however, from a party of 10, all the food came out cold. And I requested my food to be hot, the server took the... plate back and it still came back just warm. I am a person that likes hot food. I had my 5 year old daughter and was notoffered a kids menu until after I ordered the chicken and waffles but the chicken was too spicy for her. It was then that theserver offered us the kids menu. The manager did comp 2 desserts for the inconvenience. Despite the food being cold, it wasgood. I’ll try it once more before I say no. Read more

This place is lovely!! Everyone at my table of 6 gave their food a 10/10. We got the Buffalo cauliflower to start (highly... recommend) and the spinach cheese dip which was also delicious. Pictured also is the teriyaki tofu bowl. We had a vegetarian andgluten free at the table and there were great options on the menu for both. Our waitress (Holly?) was very attentive and gavefab service. We will def be coming back :) Read more

Surprisingly decent option in Lincoln Park, which has experienced many closures of solid restaurants on the heels of the... pandemic. Tucked away from busy Halsted, it has very nice airy indoor space with interesting deco as well as outdoor seating ina walkable area. Fresh ingredients and good service. Read more

Filet was really thick but not as tender or flavorful as I expected (no salt and pepper on the table - I should've asked for it,... and maybe my steak came out a tad more cooked than I was expecting). Garlic mashed potatoes not so garlicy. Fries ok. Crab cakeslooked good! Espresso martini was in a nick n nora not a coupe or martini glass. Mojito needed stirring and wasn't that muddled.Strawberry margarita was yummy though. Great outdoor seating options! Read more

When we arrived for lunch, the restaurant was nearly empty (a group was outside, and two other tables were inside), but we were... told it would be 10-15 minutes until we would be seated. That was quite surprising and we soon realized they were severelyunderstaffed. We were able to sit down quickly (I was on crutches) and get water, our food took some more time. The restaurantgot crowded soon after we arrived. The mother earth bowl was huge, fresh and filling. The broccoli pesto was a great additionand I highly recommend The sticky toffee chocolate pudding is not actually pudding and tastes like a mouse chocolate cake andwe loved it! Read more

10/10 decor, atmosphere, friendly waiter. The manager was very nice as well. The Buffalo califlower was good, could use more... sauce (ask for it on the side as needed). The chicken sandwich was a close one. It's flavor was on point, but the chicken wasovercooked so it got very stringy, & chewy. Salad was slightly sweeter, which I'm not used to, and the truffle fries were good, but i didn't taste much of a difference from regular fries. I would definitely visit again. I would recommend this place, it's alittle pricey but worth the experience. Read more
