I ordered the turkey, bacon and avocado on a plain bagel. It was surprisingly yummy with plenty of fresh avocado and an aioli... with large pepper flakes that really enhanced the flavor. The lettuce and tomato were fresh. The turkey was a little bit wetand seemingly VERY thin sliced from a deli but it didn?t effect the good taste. The bacon was also thin but I could taste it. Reasonably priced, for the airport. Out of turkey today. My turkey bacon avocado, sub ham: no avacado.

Working as a employee at the airport multiple times I have gone to this location. It's shows they close at 5 but they'll start... closing around 3. I just waited in line for them to say they only had hot coffee. So many people were waiting for an ice coffeeto be told they only have hot it's not even 1pm yet. Everytime I go here they don't keep up with their ice so you can get anyice beverages. This place is consistently busy all day and they know it but never keep up with something as small as Ice. I was stuck in the airport overnight due to tornado warnings and had to catch a red eye first thing today. I not only set an... alarm to get food at this location, which online and at the front of the store says it?s open at 5am, but came to the storeonly to find that the store clerks said they weren?t opening until 6am. They gave the excuse that they had a meeting late theday prior but that has nothing to do with the guaranteed hours in the airport. This is not like other airports where you canfind multiple restaurants or coffee shops open for a quick bite. Einstein is the ONLY early food option open. And those are notyour hours, you should NOT be advertising as such. And it doesn?t end there. You need to change your menu so it authenticallyportrays what is actually at the location. This location had NOTHING on the menu except it?s bagels. While the menu says bagelthins, they told me that they literally DIG OUT by hand the bagel to make it a thin. That?s not a bagel thin, that?s calledcrust with old avocado in it. The customer service was horrible, no one knew what they were doing. And hungry customers waitedin line for subpar service with a subpar menu for an hour for nothing. The only reliable thing I was given was tea. It's airport food. So keep expectations low. Got an avacado bagel, skimpy on the avacado for an $8 bagel, suppose it is what it... is. Service wasn't the friendliest but just take it in stride. Limited options at Midway, for the money probably a decentoption. Read more

Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered my food and the amount sounded a little high so I look at my receipt and the... amount on the receipt is 1.60 more than it is on the menu. I asked the cashier about the extra amount and she tries to tell methat it's the taxes....but taxes are added at the bottom of the receipt. I point that out and she gets some rude manager andtells her that "I'm coming at her like she made the prices (which I was never rude nor raised my voice (until she saidthis))....the rude manager tries to make me feel some kind of way about wanting my 1.60 back. I guess the only way they'resurviving is the convenience because the food isn't great and if I had to deal with these people again I'd just starve. Wishthere was a 0 star option. Read more
