Very good spot to have a good, heavy breakfast. Please do try their pancakes. Rarely do I get to have pancakes that fluffy. The... staff were really nice and warm. The service was prompt (even on a Sunday morning). Highly recommend this gem of a place. Read more

The food is great. One of the best omelets I ever had at a restaurant. ????. The service and hospitality really, really nice.... How ever, the place itself needs a deep cleaning (and please don't leave out the bath room) ???? I absolutely love this place. For Father?s Day I would not have chosen anywhere else. It has a very warm, community vibe where... you feel like it?s your family of aunts and uncles running the joint. Eppel's is my new go to weekend breakfast spot. In the big city, it's hard to find the kind of warmth and comfort lost in other... pretentious breakfast places. Portions are generous, service is friendly, and as soon as I walked through the doors I knew thesmell meant they had the kind of biscuits and gravy that make you need a post breakfast nap. The only thing that could improvethis beautiful west side gem is a pie case. Here, I have the Royal Canadian burger, cheese fries, and peach pecan crepes, agreat midmorning meal before spending the day running errands. Fantastic homely diner. Food was amazing, hot, and quick. Not too many other patrons at this time of morning. Waitress was very... pleasant, and kept water and coffee topped up often. Got The Works Skillet, with your preference of two eggs on top of hashwith bacon, sausage, mushrooms, and cheese, and two pancakes on the side. Worth the 10$, and filling. Definitely wouldrecommend! First time going and it was the best first experience. The staff are friendly. I got the Pecan Roll French Toast with a sides of... bacon and scrambled eggs. Also got a strawberry milkshake. ???? would go back again to try out more things from the menu. Read more
