We are a fan and love supporting local small businesses. Guess we no longer will dothat with this establishment update: passive? I asked nicely. Pasta will never be the same for me after eating here. I don't think I can find adequate enough words to describe how amazing... the food here is but stellar and delectable are the closest that come to mind. I ordered the casarecce with asparagus, lemonricotta, and pecorino; it was better than I could've ever imagined. It was zesty, creamy, yet delicate, and you can taste thepassion behind every plate as well. I left with a full belly and a happy heart. And don't even get me started on the focaccia,simply put, there's nothing else like it. It's a must try for sure. We were so full we were planning on taking it home but itfell on the ground as we were walking up to ask for a to-go box :( So if you saw a piece of focaccia in the bin, just know thatit was with deep sadness we had to leave it behind... Seriously, I was sooo excited to devour it at home, I'm still dreaming ofit! Sorry for the novel but I truly fell in love with this place. We've been meaning to go here since it opened, but just got around to it. What were we thinking???? This place is beyond... excellent! I could take about our dish - campanelle with pomodoro, salumi, and pecorino - which was excellent. But I want tofocus on a staple on the menu focaccia - it will make you desperate for more. A supple, hardy crust; airy but substantial crumbwith a nice chew; aromatic rosemary throughout - and topped with a generous amount of delicate tasting olive oil ( but notsopping). I'm serious, I'd sign up for a subscription service to have it delivered to my house fresh daily, and happily rack upthe extra gym time to stave off the attendant poundage. P.S.: Dont regret your life decisions, get the burrata and honeycombfor the bread as well, it is an experience in itself. Read more
Fresh handmade pasta everyday they are open! This is what got me through the door and now I never want to leave. Chef Wilson is... creatively concocting some of the most delicious pasta dishes I have ever tried. The menu is always changing with many localingredients and there are many Veggie friendly options too. OMG, please do not forget to add on a piece of his Famous Focaccia.The herbs on this bread will make your taste buds jump! All I can say is that I highly recommend Flour Power if you really wantto taste the difference of how great fresh handmade pasta truly is! Read more
