I just finished eating some leftovers I brought back from the conference they're catering and it inspired me to write this... review. The panko crusted salmon (along with the vegetables and potatoes it's served with) is F*ING amazing. The roastedchicken last night was also nuts-o delicious. Chef Everardo is amazing. We had an amazing line up for our wedding dinner. Salad with strawberries, mandarins, feta, and... almonds. We also had a mango and chipotle marinated grilled chicken, roast pork, buttered corn, a rice pilaf, and garlic mashedpotatoes. Everything was delicious! He also can get linens for an amazing price. I was able to bring all of my alcohol andbeverages to him to store in the cooler the day before my wedding at Michelle's Ballroom. All of the servers were great! Welldone Chef! Read more
