Everyone is always friendly and the call ahead service is great. My food or smoothie is always ready when I arrive. I don’t... know the main cashier’s name but he’s a guy with a lot of tattoos but he is awesome! Always remembers my order and veryknowledgeable. Read more
After the couple times I've eaten at this establishment I have come to the conclusion to never go here again. The food is not... at all good, either it is too bland or beyond salty. Also I know when handling food (I've worked in the food industry includingFreshii) you are supposed to wash your hands before making the food especially after a cash/card transaction. The guy at theregister did not do that all, that is beyond nasty & unsanitary. Do not go from the register, grab gloves & then make the food.I was grossed out by it that I didn't even eat the breakfast wrap. Yes!! You read all of that right I also know that if you aredoing food prep, your supposed to change your gloves before making the food. Not wear the same gloves you have on while doingfood prep since that is cross contamination. People working at this restaurant need to understand you are not working at home. Read more
Jason is a true gem. He remembers your regular order and details about conversations you've had, even if it was two weeks ago.... The food is fresh and delicious. Fast friendly service. I love this particular location because of Jason but the chain as awhole is consistently good. Read more
I ordered catering from Freshii and not only is their menu online outdated, they were missing half the ingredients, their... website wouldn't take my address, they didn't provide forks with the lunch bags they delivered, and though I asked them to labeleach bag with veggie/peanut free, they were not labeled and even mislabeled. Ordered salad with falafels. Falafels were supposed to be hot and crispy however they were cold and chewy. When I complained, I... was told that is how they come. They just handed me a prepackaged salad bowl. It would have been fine, there is no reason to lieand tell that the falafels would be hot. Later they offered to heat them in the microwave oven.
