After the couple times I've eaten at this establishment I have come to the conclusion to never go here again. The food is not... at all good, either it is too bland or beyond salty. Also I know when handling food (I've worked in the food industry includingFreshii) you are supposed to wash your hands before making the food especially after a cash/card transaction. The guy at theregister did not do that all, that is beyond nasty & unsanitary. Do not go from the register, grab gloves & then make the food.I was grossed out by it that I didn't even eat the breakfast wrap. Yes!! You read all of that right I also know that if you aredoing food prep, your supposed to change your gloves before making the food. Not wear the same gloves you have on while doingfood prep since that is cross contamination. People working at this restaurant need to understand you are not working at home. Read more
Jason is a true gem. He remembers your regular order and details about conversations you've had, even if it was two weeks ago.... The food is fresh and delicious. Fast friendly service. I love this particular location because of Jason but the chain as awhole is consistently good. Read more
I ordered catering from Freshii and not only is their menu online outdated, they were missing half the ingredients, their... website wouldn't take my address, they didn't provide forks with the lunch bags they delivered, and though I asked them to labeleach bag with veggie/peanut free, they were not labeled and even mislabeled. This is my go-to for lunch at least once a week. Their Asian Vegetable soup is delicious - they are generous with portions and... it's always piping hot. Make sure you get it with tofu. Be warned, though, that this location (like all other in the Loop) isinsanely packed from 12 -12:45 everyday. I recommend ordering in advance and paying online. Read more
Talk about quick and friendly service! I'm often in a hurry during my lunch break, and don't have the time to go get food at a... sit down restaurant. I'm glad that Freshii is able to give me such a great and healthy alternative to all the other fast foodplaces in the loop. The staff there is very responsive, they have to be since they deal with such large volumes during lunch,but even then they are able to handle it, and provide great service with a smile. Read more
If you order a bowl, be aware that you will get 90% rice. Food tastes standard, I could probably make it at home if I wanted to... and be sure to ask for the dressing on the side as they will probably douse whatever you get. Because of the excessive use ofgrains, I highly suspect their nutritional calculations to be incorrect which is a bummer. Also, beans should come standard in aburrito, peoples! Overall, get if you are looking for something clean (or if you have a hankering for brown rice) over friedshtuff, but don't go out of your way. Read more
Ordered salad with falafels. Falafels were supposed to be hot and crispy however they were cold and chewy. When I complained, I... was told that is how they come. They just handed me a prepackaged salad bowl. It would have been fine, there is no reason to lieand tell that the falafels would be hot. Later they offered to heat them in the microwave oven. Food was not worth the priceand it was for simple bowl of salad! Read more
