I had been ordering from this location about once a month for years and recently their quality has gotten terrible. As I write... this review I just spoke with the manager Jesus who said that even when paying for double sausage it's impossible to havesausage and every piece of pizza. My daughters spinach and mushroom pizza had no visible mushrooms on most slices. $47 for 2small thin crust pizzas and they Manger thought it acceptable to be missing toppings. NEVER AGAIN!!! Great pizza and salad. Loved the Chicago Favorite Deep Dish.
I just hate when I place an order for a pizza and get home and it's not right. If I am charged for double sausage, I expect to... get it, or don't charge me for it. Unfortunately with pizza, you can't just lift up the pizza box lid and check that theycooked it correctly. Read more

I ordered two pizzas at 4:30, was told one hour. I called at 5:55 to see what the hold up was and the girl said your pizzas are... ready, we?re just waiting for delivery guy to get back. I had to call again at 6:20 and she told me the same thing. I asked tospeak to manager and he wasn?t very nice. He told me it?d be another 30-40 minutes. So I would get my pizzas at 7:00 that Iordered at 4:30. He did offer me some money off but wasn?t nearly enough. I had to cancel my order.
