I had been ordering from this location about once a month for years and recently their quality has gotten terrible. As I write... this review I just spoke with the manager Jesus who said that even when paying for double sausage it's impossible to havesausage and every piece of pizza. My daughters spinach and mushroom pizza had no visible mushrooms on most slices. $47 for 2small thin crust pizzas and they Manger thought it acceptable to be missing toppings. NEVER AGAIN!!! i would give less if i could... Visiting from Cali had never had Chicago pizza wanted to try...waa warned not to go to this... location but i went anyway nearly 2 hours later and our order given away..the pizza was good the waitress apologetic..but i willNEVER GO BACK. never got my wings...mixed up one of the pizzas..never got my lemonade... feces flies on the window indicating aa plumbing issue... just all bad...pizza was ok Read more
Great pizza and salad. Loved the Chicago Favorite Deep Dish.
I just hate when I place an order for a pizza and get home and it's not right. If I am charged for double sausage, I expect to... get it, or don't charge me for it. Unfortunately with pizza, you can't just lift up the pizza box lid and check that theycooked it correctly. Read more
The pizza was overcooked and dry. When ordered online, they claimed it'll take 65-75 minutes. We got there about 20 minutes... before the scheduled time and it was actually ready. Very disappointed because this isn't the first bad pizza we got from thatparticular location. I guess this will be our last time going to that one. Read more
Pizza was delicious I got the meat and more meat deep dish pizza I asked to add jalapeños and mushrooms and instead of them... just charging for the two extra veggies they wanted to charge me as create your own and charge for every single topping whichwas going to come out to almost another $20 extra! I ordered two pizzas at 4:30, was told one hour. I called at 5:55 to see what the hold up was and the girl said your pizzas are... ready, we?re just waiting for delivery guy to get back. I had to call again at 6:20 and she told me the same thing. I asked tospeak to manager and he wasn?t very nice. He told me it?d be another 30-40 minutes. So I would get my pizzas at 7:00 that Iordered at 4:30. He did offer me some money off but wasn?t nearly enough. I had to cancel my order.
