After several bad experiences I finally found a good place at O'hare! Their burgers are SO good! It definitely hit the spot for... me and I recommend it 1000 times over any other place in this airport. I was hesitant to try it at first but I waited enough tosee it filling up by airport staff, so I knew it had to be good! Can here for a quick bite before our flight. I like the cultural chicago themed ketchup warning sign. It is a small space which... they make the best of with the flow however when it come to ordering your food and waiting for it it became the nightmare.People started waiting for their food inside the shop causing serious congestion but then we found out they did this for a goodreason. We are pretty sure the girl in front of us took our pizza and hers because she ordered one and came out with two. Thereceipts come with check #s or order numbers yet they don?t use them. Instead they call out the pizzas so anyone can just takeyours even if they ordered them after. This is useful for the people causing congestion to get their pizzas sooner. So your bestbet here is to get the refrigerated food because you will not likely get your meal you order or get it in time. We ended upgetting a refund for our pizza Bc after 20 minutes of waiting he said there was no sausage mini pizza in the oven?..The pizzapuff was good and the Thai drunken noodles where good with lots of flavor (heads up a bit spicy if you don?t like that or aresensitive to spice). Well, I expect to pay a premium for airport food and I know I should not have high expectations of the quality, but I just... can't recommend this place. The Italian beef was generous, but the beef was dry and overcooked even though it had so much aujus poured over it that it soaked through the bag and all over my pants... not the best idea I've ever had for airport food. Worst experience. Paid for an over expensive sandwich. Now I'm paying again. Been to the bathroom 5 times in the last 3... hours. I guess I can say I paid twice for this. I don't recommend this place unless you want to lose weight quickly. Update. It's been 48 hours and the food poisoning is still with me. Been to the bathroom six times today. 12 times in 24 hours. I'mdying here and the owner of this establishment is hiding. Maybe the food is causing others to get sick. Read more
Decent place. Only halal item is a chicken shawarma sandwich. Kinda dodgy how they make halal and non halal on the same stove...... With same utensils. Not recommended but with it being the only halal option you've at the airport, might as well have it. Read more
This is some of the worst airport food I've ever had I got the philly cheese steak with no jalapeno and it was so dry and my... brother got the cheddar dog which look like it was drenched in mustard. WHEN HE GOT JUST CHEESE IT WAS JUST SO MESSY AND OOOOZZLOOKING THAT I THOUGHT HE GOT MUSTARD. Also I got a meal voucher from the airport and while trying to put in the really longcode the old lady was rushing me and told me to put in the wrong thing then got mad at me for it so I just said forget it aftermy second try and just used my card cause I was feeling pressured and rushed while just trying to use a voucher Read more
Pretty great restaurant for an airport restaurant. I got a cheeseburger and fries and the price wasn't that high for airport... prices, and it was very good. The service was relatively quick too. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good, quickbite at terminal 3 Read more
Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Staff is extremely rude and the food I wouldn?t give to a homeless person. Don?t... expect them to be professional you?d be lucky if they just got your order right the first time around. Ordered a couple thingand asked which bag has what so I can give the right food to the right person and said I?ll have to figure it out and he has notidea. Literacy or competency must not be a requirement to work at this place. Save yourself time and money and go to sleephungry if you have to. Read more
