Truly a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Every dish was delicious. Service was impeccable. The fact that this is a... solo-chef kitchen is incredible. I was full by the end of course 3 but pushed through to course 5 before I had to stop. Theowners were so accommodating in packaging up the remaining courses for me. Our favorite courses were the starter soup, steak, and custard. Loved that it was a low-key atmosphere and not pretentious, so it was a comfortable first try of Michelin-starfare. Highly recommend giving this place a try! Read more

My wife and I went to Goosefoot for our 4th anniversary. It was our first time at a restaurant with a michelin star. Nina made... us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. She informed that we would have the Woodstock them for the night. Therewere pictures of music artist and cute little vw buses for the decor. We had the 12 course option. Every dish was presented welland tasted amazing! Nina was hilarious and very down to earth. I wouldn't mind making this an annual event. Read more

It was easy to reserve a table online. Nina, who runs the restaurant with her husband Chef Chris, called back to confirm the... reservation and to ask about dietary restrictions. You enjoy a 11 course meal over 3 hours here. We absolutely enjoyedeverything that they served us with. Soups, meat, desserts were all made to perfection. The presentation of food was excellent, with half the stuff looking like art pieces. Really difficult to pick a favorite. Portions were perfect, when we left thisplace we felt like we had had a good meal. The entire time Nina was making a conscious effort to make a conversation with everyguest. The decor is nice. Background music was anything from classic rock to jazz. This place takes all necessary COVID-19precautions. All in all, excellent dining experience. Read more

I can't really say enough good things about Nina and the overall experience we had at goosefoot. Nina is absolutely wonderful.... Despite my car battery dying causing us to be almost 30 minutes late, she was gracious as could be and held the reservation forus. And then she was nothing but wonderful throughout. The 1960s Hendrix/psychedelic theme was fantastic. Having been raised bya 60s mother who immersed us in the culture of the time, it made me feel like I was a child again at the dinner table. The fooditself was absolutely fantastic! The steak course was some of the best I've ever had. Everything was delicious. We also happenedto be celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, and Nina arranged for a personalized dessert that made everything that much morespecial. What I love, too, is that the wine they offer is at affordable retail prices while still being quite good. I know thismay be controversial, but fine dining establishments far too often have a wine list that is way overpriced and only marginallybetter (at best) than a great $15-20 bottle I can nab here in the Finger Lakes. This place is spectacular. Chris and Ninadeserve nothing but great things. Read more
