My grandpa stopped in here a few times- a friend recommended but I wasn't really familiar with it till a buddy brought me with... to pick up some food so I brought the old man back some. I asked for enchilas and mole but got chicken and mole with tamalesinstead. It's alright. It was fantastic. There was so much we both ate and had left overs. The tamales while plain were soft,fragrant, and perfect for dipping in mole. The chicken tender. Mole reminds me of my Nana's. I brought a guest just to try itonce and they were out of tamales but they loved the moles. I had white pozole on that cold day and it was really good. Richbroth. Tender meat. Fresh cabbage. Waitress recommended it. Also great coffee! Best time to go is the weekend before the crowdcomes in. The waitresses are very nice. Always tip! Read more

Authentic Mexican food with real fresh tortillas. Service is slow but food is good.
Ordering take out was fine but the enchiladas were dry and definitely not green like I ask for. I should have ate the soup that... comes from the can if they were going to be dry . The tomatoes they gave had more juice than the food. Read more
Authentic Mexican food at a great price. They have handmade tortillas!!! I love the “carne en su jugo” and quesadillas.
Horrible service by the waitress. We were a party of six. Waitress just came up to us with paper and a pencil and stood there.... We greeted her. No chips served. No water offered. I order a Coffee and never was it refilled. Our order was wrong. After shegave us our meal, she never came to check on us. Food was great. Terrible service. Read more
