Bought the Avocado sandwich, came with one tiny slice of Avocado. Half of the ingredients that were supposed to come on the... sandwich were missing. I decided to come back for a second time. This time it was way before lunch to ensure I get a propersandwich...nope. Again the sandwich was dry, bacon was supposed to come on this sandwich and it was NOT there..NEVER going backto this place, and the sad part is I work in the same building as the restaurant. Met my expectations. Had one of their Italian sandwiches. It was a little heavy on the onion, but otherwise good. Price wasn?t... terrible. Easy access from Hyatt conference center. Read more

I wanted the half sandwich/small soup combo, just told the man I didn't want the pop. He then proceeded to charge me for a half... sandwich and small soup, and when i questioned him on that (seeing as it was a $1 more than the deal), I said your deal is 8.99but he said it's correct. I went back to the ordering line and asked if it was more based on the sandwich you get. She said noand then the guy ringing up yelled across to me "SWEETIE I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED THE DEAL!". First of all, nobody should everbe yelling at me from across the room. Second, clearly i was confused...I didn't realize that i would be charged $1 more if Ididn't take the damn pop. So how about you explain that to me...I didn't want the pop, but I could have just taken it and givenit to someone else vs being charged more. MOST places will take $0.30-$0.40 cents off...but whatever. Also, I find it a littleunnerving to call all female patrons sweetie. You are not my family, friend, or even an acquaintance. Read more

Most sandwiches here are available in two sizes: regular or large. I ordered a regular pastrami sandwich for $7 after tax. This... is half a sandwich, not a "regular" sandwich. The meat was delicious, but not the bread. The owner needs to revise the signageto be less ambiguous and please use better sandwich bread Read more

I ordered the Baja. It's advertised to have Swiss cheese separated by carrots, avocado, sprouts, cucumbers, roasted red peppers,... green peppers, onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and mayo served on multi-grain bread. It's seriously had dried up lettuce, lots of shredded carrots, one slice of tomato and two slices of cucumbers. No cheese, no sprouts, no avocado, no onions, no bellpeppers, NOTHING. I asked the girl behind the counter if she had the sprouts as that's PURELY why I ordered it (I'm pregnant)and she said she had none. Well they should have told me they didn't have half the things they needed for the sandwichin thefirst place and I would have ordered something else. Didn't even offer me to get something else instead after I got literally ashredded carrot sandwich. Waste of my money!!! NEVER AGAIN!! First and last time I even step foot in there. Read more

I ordered the Baja advertised as several layers of swiss cheese with avocado slices between the layers. Translation 2 slices of... cheese and 2 very small slices of avocado on one half of the sandwich. The minuscule avocado and veggies were fresh. Probablywould have been good if made as advertised.
