I want to rate this place well but unfortunately they seem to be trying too hard to be creative. There were lots of different... food/spice combinations which I typically like but unfortunately it just left all 3 our stomachs hurting at the end. My boyfriend and I visited your establishment last night (5/20/2022) and had Izzy (sp?) as our server. They were amazing. The... bartender whose name we didn’t catch was also just so unbelievably pleasant! The food… don’t even get me started on thefood… we had the poutine to start and my boyfriend is a poutine enthusiast (self-proclaimed connoisseur) and he said it wasthe best he’s ever had. I run a cheese curd Instagram acct so I love some curds, and undoubtedly have to agree. I got thegrilled cheese and he got the burger. Both some of the best we’ve ever had. I tried the dr. Pepper old fashioned, what a funspin on a classic drink! And the dr. Pepper ketchup was so good I went out of my way to text my friends who live here and who donot, how good it was! Also, the soap in your bathrooms was the best smelling soap I have ever smelled. I literally looked it upto purchase it when we left. The fun craft beer labels in the bathroom were fun too! You have an amazing spot with a fantasticand kind staff and incredible food. We hope to earn the title of “regulars” soon! Read more

Had a really nice afternoon at Hops & Curds! This place has a very extensive beer menu, and an amazingly friendly staff. The... vibe is slightly upscale, but it feels casual. Come in and get a whole bunch of cheese curds! Read more
I've been twice and enjoyed both visits! Staff is nice and helpful - everything is clean and set up well. The last time I was... in, I really really didn't enjoy my entree. I even had my husband take a bite of it and he had the same reaction. It tastedincredibly off. I have a hard time asking for something to be remade or replaced, so I ended up just eating my fries andthrowing half of my entree away. This place was great! The food was delicious. The poutine, mac n cheese, cheese curds and sandwiches were so good. The Gouda and... apple sandwich was one of the best things I’ve ever had! Great restaurant and the love of cheese! Great beers on tap and a fantastic assortment of cheese menu items! Wisconsin has... nothing on Hops & Curds cheese curds! We found out about Hops & Curds while attending the Depaul Lady Blue Demons victory overMarquette. Go Blue Devils! Great promo - opposing team misses two free throws in a row and you get to taste the fabulous cheesecurds! The stadium was rocking to make noise to miss those shots - chants of "cheese curds, cheese curds - hops and curds"!John was very attentive as was Justin and everyone working together. What a dandy place. The hops options are great. You are not forced to choose between 4 IPAs. The curds are excellent. So, as far... as the name goes, spot on. Be advised there is not a wine menu, but there is a bar with spirits. We were there on a Fridaynight. It was not very crowded, which I after eating there I am a bit surprised. It's a great establishment. The atmosphere iscomfortable, yet still a bit trendy. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The service was excellent. Dr. Pepper is a theme andthey have a Dr. Pepper inspired ketchup. maybe next time. Read more
