Not sure what was worse the food or the customer service here! I ordered an omelet with a side of sweet potato hash browns. The... has browns were soggy and the omelette not a pinch of flavor or salt. I called the restaurant and Jorge was extremelyunprofessional and rude over the phone. I asked for the manager and he wouldn?t let me speak to one. He told me my opinion is myown and pretty much said it doesn?t matter if I think it?s flavorless and had an excuse for why the hashbrowns came out soggy.Not taking any accountability or helpful in any way. Finally when I spoke to the manager Ryan he apologized for him and was muchnicer and profesional. Never again ordering from this people. Food is expensive and not tasty and customer service isdisgusting. Read more
I had the Maxwell Street Omelette with Sweet Potato hash browns. It was very good and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Very close to... the parking garage on Maxwell which is convenient. Read more
2 stars: 1 star because I had breakfast and maybe the lunch is good. The 2nd star is for customer service which was pretty... good. My wife and I ordered omelets. She had a 3 egg with ham and cheese and mine was the Chicago omelet with steak I think.The eggs seemed like they were from a carton. My wife had zero ham in her omelet and didn't like the cheese enough to complainabout not having ham. All in all we paid $34 for some not so good food. Id give them another chance to see what the lunch menuhas to offer. But I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't up to floor either. Read more

My boyfriend & I are obsessed with this place! It?s always crowded, which is expected because the food is delicious, but we... never mind. The service is always super speedy, & the waiters are always very friendly & accommodating. We really love thepotato bacon soup!!! My two favorite meal combined as one, giving Hashbrowns a... saved heart on my Google Map for quick navigation when I crave any meal from the menu. I fell in love instantly on my firstvisit!
