By myself late afternoon. Only one in the dinning room. Ordered Tuna Salad and Sashimi platter. Everything is great except the... rice with the platter. The rice must have been cooked at least hours ago, cold and hard. As an Asian place, rice is as importantas pasta at an Italian place. One disappointment overshadowed all the greatness of the food. Server put in the effort, butshould not have shown up with my order in one hand and multiple take-out bags in another. THIS LED TO HIS THUMB TOUCHING THEFOOD HE BROUGHT TO ME. This place was okay. I have had better ramen and maki. The Untraditional Egg Rolls were my favorite flavor of my meal. Service... was great. They gave me plenty of time looking through the many options with no feeling of being rushed or waiting. I never hadto ask for a refill on my water and the food came out quickly. I don't know if this is a place known for ramen but I would notget it again. The broth tasted great however the noodles were mushy and almost like overcooked packaged noodles.
