I went here for my lunch break for their lunch special. I ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of sausage and my food was not... warm and it was dryed out as if it been sitting out since the day before. I did take it back in for fresh slices and got some alittle warm but still look like it had been sitting out. I would have returned those to get my money back but didn't feel likegoing through the hassle not to mention half of my break was already over with. The food is usually ok but that day it wasn't Read more

The worst service ever. If I can rate a negative I will. Place my delivery order and was informed the order will take 1 1/2 -2... hrs . Called 1 hr and 45 mins later for a status and was told my order was closed by management and returned to therestaurant. I was not called nor our doorbell rang. If this is customer service remove your delivery service. Read more

Pizza was good, nice sauce to cheese meat to mushroom ratio. However the take out service was confusing and I got charged for... wrong order due to the telephone number call in system.... Not effective if people have the same number Read more

This place is very overpricing customers for their Italian Beef which I had purchased. They charged me over $10 for it without a... pop. And this was their meal it was so small I thought It was a hot dog. And the meat was dry with hardly no meat on it. Theyamount of fries you could barely count on your fingers.ey were very petty the woman who worked the cashier especially. Shetreated customers very rudely. No respect at all and even their manager acted petty because of what she said to him. I onlyasked could they substitute the Cole slaw & was treated very unfairly. And they gave away free items to their friends & spokenegatively about me when I asked for the same treatment. This place is not fit to eat at and I will never eat their again. Thefood tasted horrible. Do not eat at this place save your money and go else where. Burger King and Macdonald's is a better placeto eat than this hole in the wall. Read more

Some places don?t even try. Recently I?ve restarted my search for a good pizza place since my current favorite one has... diminished in quality. Italian Fiesta popped up on my radar. At first glance it looks like your typical hood pizzeria exceptsome reviewers noted it might be black owned so I decided to take a closer look. I ordered twice from Italian Fiesta. The firsttime I ordered my standard test of a sausage & pepperoni pizza (if you can?t get this right? you should not be making pizzas.) Ialso ran the gambit, ordering a meatball sandwich & catfish dinner. The second time I ordered I kept it small due to issues withthe first by only ordering 2 canned drinks & a small pizza. Each order took almost 3 HOURS for my order to be delivered & theorders still arrived screwed up. Here are my thoughts: Overall Price - Standard prices. Scary cheap on some menu items.Limited menu. Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza: Presentation - This is definitely one of the misses. Some of the slices don't evenhave sauce or cheese or toppings on them. The pepperoni is not even on some parts of the pizza. It's baffling how on some partsof the pizza has six pepperoni stacked on top of one another as if they did not bother separating the pepperoni from thepackaging. The aluminum foil is also halfway on. Terrible job. 1/5 Taste - It definitely is not the best pizza in Chicago assome of the previous reviewers have stated. Not even top 20. The sauce is salty, the pepperoni has a strange tinge to its taste, its greasy beyond belief & the cheese is of average quality (definitely not fresh mozzarella or any Italian brand I've evertasted.) Some slices tasted like motor oil. For them to take about two hours to shove this out the door is beyond ridiculous.2/5 Meatball Sandwich: Presentation - A meatball sandwich with no sauce? what planet is this restaurant from? French breadlooks nice & soft. The mozzarella is nicely browned & they piled it on. I paid for sweet peppers & they just went o Read more
