I?m a trucker around this area and I go here for lunch whenever I get a chance to stop, the food is always fresh and good. Cozy... spot that makes you feel welcomed. I?m glade I found this place. First time going. Was actually heading to Sonic's but passed this place on the way. So Glad I did. Great place the Employees are... very nice and professional. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with mozzarella cheese sticks & italian beef and sausagewith chili cheese fries. It was very delicious. Cheeseburger to go. Delicious and done exactly the way I want it. The Food Basket also serves Mexican and Polish food along with... traditional American. They have tacos, burritos, pierogis, and so much more. Under new ownership, this place is clean andlively. They also have a separate room for their slot machines. Stopped for Sunday lunch at Casa de Mateo. Ordered Picada, platanos y arroz. Some of the meat and pieces of Puerto Rican rice... were pretty hard to bite and chew.. Good grilled smokey flavor but on the dry side. Passion fruit juice was delicious. Servicewas very good. Read more
