The reason for only two stars was the fact that I ordered a large thin crust half sausage and half cheese well upon getting on... my bus I discovered it was half sausage and half pepperoni and the pizza was a mess the reason I got half cheese was I don't eatpork I was ordered number 19 today when my husband called the restaurant back to explain that they made us the wrong Pizza theperson on the phone wanted to argue and say I ordered pepperoni and half sausage I wouldn't do that to myself since I don't eatpork. I'm not sure who the manager of the store is but they really should train their employees better I've never had thisexperience at any of the other Jets pizzas! Then we were told it would be 8 to 10 minutes for the pizza and we waited over 15 to20 minutes I definitely won't come back to this location. Read more
The wings were really good, like super good. Pizza wasn?t bad, was disappointed that being in Chicago they didn?t have a Chicago... style pizza. We ordered here since it was next to our hotel and honestly the price was right to feed 7. The gal at the frontcounter was really nice but the gentleman in back, probably should use better language when customers are around. I wasn?toffended but someone else could be. I went into Jet's Pizza on 07/16/22 and purchased two orders of the pizza slices of for $8 plus garlic butter. When I got home... there were only two slices in the box. When I visited the same location on 06/20/22. I ordered one of the pizza slices for $4and two slices were in the box. In case I was cheated out of an order. I just looked on the website and it consist of two slicesfor one order. I live way south and made a trip just to get this pizza. ???? Read more
I hail from Detroit, growing up eating pizza from the likes of Little Caesar's, Domino's, and Jet's on the regular. Buddy's... pizza though was my absolute favorite. Detroit-style deep dish has always been mighty tasty and this pizza takes me back. Thesavory crust and light but great sauce underneath the cheese and toppings always bring about a delight rivaled by the some ofthe best Chicago-style I have had here. Excellent customer service. The manager for very nice. They serve Detroit style pizza. If you've never had it the best way to... describe it is the crust is sort of like getting French bread. Its very crispy but soft on the inside. Read more
This is my new favorite pizza place, especially over standard fast food options like Papa John?s, Domino?s, and Pizza Hut (all... of which I enjoy). Several people recommended Jet?s so I tried it at work, and liked it so much I ordered it again with my wifethe same week. We had the Detroit style deep dish. I compare it to pan pizza, with a thick layer of dough, a light amount ofsauce, then cheese and toppings. It?s not Chicago deep dish, like Lou?s or Giordano?s. My wife was hesitant to try it becauseshe doesn?t like bread-heavy pizza, like Pequod?s, but she loved it. The crust was very buttery and flavorful, and the pizzaitself is quite filling. We didn?t even add the free butter, garlic, or turbo crust, but we will next time. Pro tip: for alimited time, order via text message and save 20%! I kept seeing commercials for this place and wanted to try it. Did not disappoint. Great pizza (delivered hot!) and customer... service!
