Fantastic JianBing. The additional Tofu makes it a fuller dinner. I asked for Cheese also, but it looks like overkill. Got it a... little spicy and the combination of the Egg crepe with the Fried Wonton in the middle is a wonderful contrast in texture. Andthe whole thing is made fresh. Finally, after watching how JIAN Bings are made, I got to taste one! Delicious! I had the spicy spam (lunch meat) JIAN bing.... Although there was only one other customer there and I had to wait, (he was ordering several JIAN bings) it was worth the wait.Definitely I will return even though I’m a Uptowner. It was that good! One of my go-to places inside the French Market since they opened! My favorite has to be the five hour pulled pork with the... crispy wonton and purple cabbage but the breakfast options are great too. They also have bowls if you'd prefer. Read more
