This location never had Tuna. Everytime I try to place an order for tuna sandwich they don't have it! Horrible service too!

The worst. And normally I?m lenient bc I understand they?re short staffed and stuff sucks. Went in at 8:30pm (Google says this... location closes at 9pm) and first off, music was soooooo loud I think it was hard for the guy to hear my order; it wasdefinitely hard to hear him. I ordered a veggie (with pep and other customizations), chips and a drink. Get my sandwich a coupleminutes later, sit down to eat at 8:34pm, and the guy goes ?we close in 5 minutes.? Ok, I get you don?t want customers stayinglonger, but what? So I get my stuff, take a drink of my root beer?tastes weird so I switch it for Dr Pepper, and mention it tothe now two workers?no response. Ok. Find a spot outside to eat and my sandwich is wrong and the lettuce and cucumbers look afew days old. Ew. So, I take it back to the shop and tersely announce I would please like a refund. Manager (?) looks at me andgoes ?what?? because I assume he can?t hear me over the music. So, I project and speak louder, repeating that they made mysandwich wrong and would like a refund. No apology, no ?our bad, let us remake it.? Nothing. Not coming back to this JJs. Read more

I go to school across the street so I go all the time. I've never had a bad experience, I'm always in and out within 5 minutes.... Glad to have a place with reliable food and service so close. Read more

Edit - not sure what has changed but orders regularly have missing items, it takes over an hour for deliveries [sometimes 2],... and just not the same service as before. ............... have gotten delivery from here multiple time after they increased thedelivery zone. Really hope it sticks beyond the pandemic time! Always been friendly, kind and mask wearing! When they forgot mycookie they made it right! Sandwiches have always been correct with all customizations! Would give zero stars if possible. I'm literally still waiting for my order that we ordered 3 hours ago... their solution 1 free... cookie. Pretty much a slap in the face. Read more

Walked in and was told that because I didn?t order ahead it would be a ?very long time? before they could take my order. I said... okay no problem and stood there with 1 person in the store. Then was told again that it would be very long before they could getto me. No one would take my order and they were all very rude. I don?t see how with 3 employees not one person could take myorder or give me a wait time. Bizarre and poor customer service. Read more
