We made 4 orders to pick up. All of them where wrong! One person called to get a refund and this franchise won?t refund. They... mess up your order, but won?t do anything about it. Go to another store, this franchise sucks. Read more

Food was okay and quickly prepared. Unfortunately I interacted with Izaiha for my first and last dining experience here. There... are far too many dining options in the vicinity to deal with someone with poor customer service, who behaves unwelcomely anddismissively as though a customer is unworthy of their (on-the-clock) time. Izaiha lacked performance for both orders placedtoday. Additionally, having no bathroom is poor planning on behalf of the owner. Read more
FREAKY FAST is right. I ordered it and the delivery guy was practically knockin' on my door in minutes. Also, I was staying at... a local hotel and didn't want to do room service. Called them ten minutes before they were to close and the guy said noproblem. They are the BEST!!! Read more
