Placed an order for one sandwich, and did not receive an email confirmation and took 50 min to get it delivered.
I placed a catering order for a corporate training event. Received the confirmation email with all details correct. Got a call... from the training center at about 12:30pm (a half hour past delivery time) saying there was no food there. I pulled up theconfirmation email and gave the store's contact info to the training center representative. She called them, provided theconfirmation number and delivery information. They told her they have no idea what she was talking about as they have no recordof such an order. I called them myself with the email right in front of me. I provided a gentleman with the same information(confirmation #, store # and address, delivery time/date, delivery addess) and he put me on hold several minutes. A lady cameback on the line without introducing herself and said "yeah so we found the order in the back computer". And that was all. Shedidn't say anything else. I said, Okay so you did have the order, and she said "Yes we got it". Nothing else... So I said, wellall of my attendees just had to go get their own lunches from other places because this catering order didn't arrive, so can youplease refund this to me? She said Okay and hung up. This is about the worst customer experience I've had with catering thisyear. Absolutely ridiculous. Update: 15 minutes after the initial hang up, the same woman from Jimmy Johns and left me avoicemail offering a free pack of mini jimmys. I'm sorry but this is too late. You should have acted like you cared at all whenI called and the other person called about this before, and not just letting it go in one ear and out the other. Someone doesnot call you with a confirmation email sitting right in front of them from your store and you tell them you have no idea whatthey are talking about. Figure it out! Pretty good food, however it's somewhat pricey for the amount of extras they put in the sandwiches. For example, I ordered a... #10, which is a roast beef sandwich, and about 75% of that was lettuce. Overall, a good lunch place though. Read more
